Campus Support Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to lead instruction. You're here to ensure the campus operates smoothly and continues to grow. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding a prospective family through a tour to coordinating a safety protocol to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining composure—this role is built for you.

Serving as the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours designed to convert, follow up with care and intention, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. You'll also ensure daily campus operations remain seamless: logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology troubleshooting, and maintaining the trust parents place in our environment.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that blends tactile, hands-on learning materials with advanced technology. We support that model with transparent systems, deep trust, and team members who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the dependable presence families count on and the operator who ensures systems function without friction, we'd like to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and remove obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily campus logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during short-term staffing shortages—covering recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering lessons, tutoring, or providing academic instruction to students
  • Designing curriculum or altering academic programming
  • Spending your entire day at a desk
  • Passing every technology problem up the chain
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and events require evening or weekend availability

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and maintain a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior familiarity preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and capacity to resolve challenges independently
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Able to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
