Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to run a school—you're here to keep it running and growing. If you can move seamlessly from leading a parent tour to executing a safety drill to troubleshooting a tech issue without losing composure, this role is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to convert, follow up with prospective families thoughtfully, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. You'll also ensure the campus operates smoothly: handling daily logistics, coordinating facilities and vendors, managing technology, and upholding the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium is a K–6 Montessori elementary program that blends hands-on materials and lessons with advanced technology. We support that approach with transparent systems, high trust, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who makes everything work, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Lead family tours with a focus on conversion, customize follow-up communication, and oversee the admissions funnel toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward enrollment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operations, coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and execute open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a polished and welcoming lens
  • Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—covering recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction
  • Creating curriculum or altering academic programs
  • Remaining at a desk for the entire day
  • Referring every technology problem to someone else
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and campus events take place after hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and maintain a safe, professional campus environment that builds family trust and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior knowledge preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Clear ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems independently
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willingness to relocate
