Campus Support Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to run a school. You're here to ensure it operates smoothly and expands. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding prospective parents through a tour to executing a safety drill to resolving a technical issue—all while maintaining a welcoming demeanor—this role is for you.

Serving as the operational core and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom and everything that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to convert prospects, nurture leads through deliberate follow-up, and monitor the enrollment pipeline. You'll also ensure campus operations run without interruption: daily logistics, facilities management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that integrates hands-on materials and lessons with advanced technology. We support that approach with transparent systems, elevated trust, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the dependable presence families count on and the operator who keeps everything aligned, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, tailor follow-up communications, and manage the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and address barriers, and guide families with confidence toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, document incidents accurately, and ensure rigorous compliance
  • Manage daily logistics, oversee facilities maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and act as the main technology point of contact
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that represent Montessorium with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—including recess duty, transitions, and general classroom oversight. This is supervision, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction to students
  • Creating curriculum or altering academic programs
  • Remaining desk-bound throughout the day
  • Referring every tech issue upward
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Some student activities and events occur after hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and provide a safe, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary (prior knowledge preferred, not necessary)
  • Proven admissions or enrollment experience, with direct engagement with parents and students
  • Strong ownership mindset and initiative to solve problems independently
  • Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willing to relocate
