Campus Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You won't be running a school—you'll be making sure it runs and scales. If you can pivot seamlessly from guiding prospective families to executing safety protocols to troubleshooting operational issues, all while keeping your composure, this role is for you.

As the operational backbone and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom walls and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours designed to convert, follow up thoughtfully with leads, and monitor the admissions pipeline. You'll also ensure the campus operates smoothly: handling day-to-day logistics, facilities oversight, vendor management, technology support, and maintaining the safety standards that parents expect.

Montessorium is a K-6 Montessori elementary program that blends tactile materials and instruction with modern technology. We support that model with transparent systems, high accountability, and team members who embrace ownership. This is a full-time, on-campus, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who keeps everything functioning, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, craft personalized follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence through the decision process
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, record incidents accurately, and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Manage day-to-day campus logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and execute open houses and campus events that represent Montessorium with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide short-term supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing shortages—covering activities like recess, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction, teaching lessons, or tutoring students
  • Creating curriculum or making changes to academic programming
  • Remaining at a desk throughout the workday
  • Passing every technology problem up the chain
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain campus activities and events will require evening or weekend availability

Key responsibilities

Sustain consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior familiarity preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to solve problems without oversight
  • Outstanding communication abilities and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or willingness to relocate
