Campus Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not managing a school—you're ensuring it operates smoothly and expands. If you can transition seamlessly from guiding prospective families through campus tours to executing emergency drills to troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining composure, this role is for you.

Serving as both the operational backbone and the admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll oversee all non-instructional functions and everything that brings families through our doors. You'll conduct tours designed to convert interest into enrollment, maintain thoughtful communication with prospective families, and monitor the admissions pipeline. Additionally, you'll ensure campus operations flow without interruption: day-to-day logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the safety standards parents expect.

Montessorium delivers a Montessori elementary experience (K-6) that blends tactile learning materials and lessons with advanced technology. We support this approach with transparent systems, strong accountability, and team members who embrace responsibility. This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position with benefits included. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who keeps everything functioning, we'd like to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Lead campus tours that drive conversions, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to family inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide prospective families confidently through the decision process
  • Implement safety procedures and drills, record incidents accurately, and uphold rigorous compliance standards
  • Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology support
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a professional, inviting lens
  • Provide short-term supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during staffing shortages—including recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom presence. This is support coverage, not teaching.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction to students
  • Designing curriculum or altering academic programs
  • Remaining stationary at a desk throughout the day
  • Delegating every technology problem upward
  • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and events take place evenings or weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and provide a secure, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior familiarity preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience, including direct interaction with parents and students
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
