LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.
You're not here to manage a school. You're here to keep it running and expanding. If you can pivot from conducting a parent tour to executing a safety drill to resolving a tech issue without losing composure, this is your role.
As the operational engine and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours that lead to enrollment, maintain leads through intentional follow-up, and monitor the pipeline. You'll also ensure campus continuity: day-to-day logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the safety protocols parents depend on.
Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that integrates hands-on materials and instruction with advanced technology. We support that approach with defined systems, strong trust, and professionals who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits.
