Campus Operations Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.

You're not here to manage a school. You're here to keep it running and expanding. If you can pivot from conducting a parent tour to executing a safety drill to resolving a tech issue without losing composure, this is your role.

As the operational engine and admissions gateway for Montessorium's Cedar Park, TX campus, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom and everything that brings families through the door. You'll conduct tours that lead to enrollment, maintain leads through intentional follow-up, and monitor the pipeline. You'll also ensure campus continuity: day-to-day logistics, facility management, vendor relations, technology coordination, and the safety protocols parents depend on.

Montessorium is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) that integrates hands-on materials and instruction with advanced technology. We support that approach with defined systems, strong trust, and professionals who embrace accountability. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits. If you're the reliable presence families count on and the operator who ensures everything works, we'd like to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward commitment
  • Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and ensure rigorous compliance
  • Manage daily logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the primary technology liaison
  • Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that represent Montessorium with a professional, inviting atmosphere
  • Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—activities include recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom support. This is supervision, not teaching.
    • Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction to students
    • Creating curriculum or altering academic programs
    • Remaining at a desk for the entire day
    • Referring every tech issue upward
    • Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Certain student activities and events occur after hours or on weekends

Key responsibilities

Support consistent enrollment growth and provide a safe, professional campus environment that builds family confidence and allows our guides to concentrate on educational outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Interest in Montessori elementary (prior knowledge preferred, not necessary)
  • Proven admissions or enrollment experience, with direct engagement with parents and students
  • Strong ownership mindset and initiative to solve problems independently
  • Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willing to relocate
