What you will be doing

  • Engage with customers by utilizing AI for swift issue resolution, personalized communications, and insightful feedback analysis.
  • Drive product engagement through AI-enhanced recommendations, virtual assistance, and tailored user experiences.
  • Focus on growth by optimizing strategies for upselling and reducing customer churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Acquiring new clients
  • Managing technical support inquiries
  • Developing new products

Key responsibilities

  • Boost customer loyalty, engagement, and business expansion by harnessing AI to proactively meet customer needs, customize interactions, and discover upselling possibilities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
