Your mission: keep student data spotless and build the simple, scalable systems that make it stay that way. From enrollment day to graduation transcript, you’ll spot mess before it spreads, automate the repeatable, and quietly remove friction so teachers teach and families stay informed. What you will be doing

  • Designing and refining folder structures, naming conventions, and data-validation rules that keep every record findable in seconds.
  • Keeping student information current and error-free across our SIS, spreadsheets, and cloud drives while autonomously fixing glitches on the spot.
  • Reviewing enrollment and withdrawal packets, closing data gaps, and guiding each record to compliant completion.
  • Tracking immunization, meal-program, and accommodations data—submitting accurate reports before deadlines and flagging risks early.
  • Creating lightweight automations or templates to shrink repetitive tasks and maintain “zero-defect” files even during peak cycles.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Greeting walk-ins or fielding constant phone calls. This role is heads-down, behind the scenes.
  • Designing policy or handling complex case management; your strength is consistent execution.
  • Shuffling paper in a dusty file cabinet. Everything lives in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

Own daily student-records processes and the systems that power them so data stays accurate, compliance stays airtight, and every stakeholder gets the right information exactly when needed.

Candidate requirements

  • Laser-sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven knack for building or improving data-management systems (folder hierarchies, spreadsheets, validation checks, light automations).
  • Solid typing and data-entry speed with near-perfect accuracy.
  • Self-managed approach to juggling multiple, recurring deadlines.
  • Clear, concise written communication in English.
  • Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
