You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, lead projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication ability, and competence needed to thrive after graduation. Theory is not your domain. Coaching execution is. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets real-world benchmarks.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something tangible beyond academic settings—whether building a product, scaling an audience, operating within a startup, or delivering results in a high-velocity environment—and who now wish to channel that experience into developing the next generation.
