We create life skills workshops that empower K–8 students to achieve what seems impossible, and we're seeking someone who can design experiences so compelling that children eagerly return and parents enthusiastically share their success stories.
This position breaks the mold of conventional instructional design. You won't be making minor adjustments to curriculum within a slow-moving institution or developing materials that sit unused. Instead, you'll take full ownership of workshop design in entrepreneurship and public speaking, refining them continuously using direct feedback from students, parents, and rigorous Test2Pass assessments. You'll function as an independent product team of one, leveraging advanced AI tools to deliver the caliber of work our schools demand.
This role requires full-time, in-person presence at our Austin, TX campus. Direct observation of how children actually interact with content is essential.
