Description

Do you possess the ability to mentally map atomic interactions or decode the mechanics of complex biological systems? Picture merging that depth of scientific understanding with advanced artificial intelligence to transform science education for millions of learners. At 2 Hour Learning, we are actively building—not hypothesizing about—the next generation of science instruction through continuous experimentation and iteration.

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our initiative to reshape science education via sophisticated data analytics, pioneering AI integration, and authoritative subject knowledge. Your objective? To achieve a twofold acceleration in students' comprehension of scientific principles, spanning from foundational biology through quantum physics.

What you will be doing

  • Analyzing intricate patterns within student performance data through AI technologies, converting findings into transformative approaches that redefine science instruction and comprehension.
  • Developing AI-driven virtual laboratories and interactive simulations that render abstract scientific principles tangible and compelling for learners.
  • Creating dynamic learning sequences that adjust instantaneously, ensuring complex scientific frameworks remain accessible and stimulating for students at every skill level.
  • Partnering with an interdisciplinary group of educators, researchers, and artificial intelligence specialists to advance the state of science pedagogy, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands.
  • Converting dense academic research into comprehensible, AI-augmented materials that both inform students and cultivate genuine enthusiasm for scientific exploration.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional science syllabi or performing routine administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of instructional methods.
  • Operating independently—you will engage with a collaborative team advancing the application of AI within science education.
  • Remaining limited to theoretical work—each AI solution you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize scientific knowledge in practical contexts.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quantifiable enhancements in student achievement across scientific disciplines via AI-powered evaluation and execution, evidenced by a doubling of mastery speed for concepts spanning multiple science domains (biology, chemistry, physics, among others) and educational levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
