We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our initiative to reshape science education through sophisticated data analysis, innovative AI integration, and profound subject expertise. Your objective? To achieve a twofold increase in the rate at which students master scientific principles, spanning from foundational biology to quantum physics.

What you will be doing

  • Analyzing intricate patterns within student learning data through AI methodologies, converting these findings into innovative strategies that fundamentally change science instruction and comprehension.
  • Developing AI-driven virtual laboratories and simulations that make abstract scientific principles tangible and compelling for student audiences.
  • Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust dynamically, rendering complex scientific theories both accessible and engaging for learners at every competency level.
  • Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to advance the field of science education, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
  • Converting dense scientific research into accessible, AI-augmented educational content that both informs students and sparks their enthusiasm for scientific exploration.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional science curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of science instruction methods.
  • Operating independently—you will contribute to a collaborative team advancing AI applications in science education.
  • Concentrating exclusively on theoretical frameworks—each AI model you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and implement scientific concepts in practical contexts.

Key responsibilities

Lead quantifiable enhancements in student science learning performance through AI-based analysis and execution, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in concept mastery across diverse scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (including Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields)
  • 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
