What you will be doing
- Orchestrate dynamic, hands-on learning adventures that strengthen fine motor coordination, spark imagination, and encourage sensory discovery through creative arts, narrative experiences, and age-appropriate scientific exploration.
- Nurture emotional intelligence and social skills through collaborative play, imaginative scenarios, and individualized positive reinforcement, helping our young learners develop compassion, cooperation, and emotional regulation.
- Monitor individual developmental progress with a keen eye, flexibly adjusting your approach to maintain an optimal learning environment for each child.
- Harness innovative educational technology to create customized learning pathways that honor each child's distinct abilities and preferred learning styles.

Candidate requirements
- Educational background in Early Childhood Development: Either an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, OR specialized certifications in recognized early childhood methodologies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Child Development Associate, etc.).
- Proven talent for creating vibrant learning spaces where children feel valued and motivated to explore and learn.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and comfort with incorporating educational technology into daily learning experiences.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, Texas campus.
