What you will be doing

  • Designing and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that align seamlessly with Arizona state standards.
  • Facilitating a virtual learning environment that is both compliant and adaptive to student needs.
  • Delivering dynamic, real-world workshops on topics like entrepreneurship and storytelling.
  • Providing personalized coaching to SPED students, enhancing their confidence and self-management skills.
  • Working collaboratively with our educational team to innovate and empower exceptional learners.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conducting traditional lectures—our AI tutors have that covered.
  • Working in isolation—you will be an active participant in student engagement.
  • Getting bogged down with redundant paperwork or meetings.
  • Applying a uniform teaching approach—expect a flexible, customized educational experience.

Key responsibilities

Drive the innovation and execution of IEPs while facilitating transformative virtual experiences that equip students with essential life skills.

Candidate requirements

  • Arizona residency is mandatory.
  • Possess a valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in crafting and updating IEPs.
  • Proficient in coordinating accommodations and managing SPED compliance.
  • Experience with students aged 8-14 is required.
  • Exceptional virtual communication skills and confidence on camera.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven educational setting.
