We're searching for a passionate digital thought leader who's already making waves in the parenting community. What you will be doing

  • Develop compelling multimedia content—from video shorts and reels to essays and podcasts—illustrating the effectiveness of home learning and Novatio's distinctive approach
  • Facilitate engaging webinars and interactive Q&A sessions for parents at various stages of consideration
  • Transform your insights, educational research, and parent dialogues into content that resonates emotionally and intellectually
  • Cultivate authentic community relationships by providing thoughtful responses to questions, addressing concerns, and offering genuine transparency
  • Monitor meaningful metrics that track parent engagement, event participation, and enrollment decisions influenced by your advocacy

  • Catering exclusively to high-wealth demographics; our mission prioritizes accessible quality education
  • Managing a content team; your authentic voice and personal perspective are central to this role
  • Communicating through corporate filters; we value your genuine voice and transparent approach
  • Chasing superficial engagement metrics; meaningful impact matters more than viral reach
  • Offering simplified solutions; this position requires nuanced storytelling and deep understanding of educational choices

Key responsibilities

Harness your digital presence to build credibility, foster community trust, and drive enrollment by championing a parent-centered movement for educational transformation.

Candidate requirements

  • Established digital presence with 5K+ engaged followers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Substack, demonstrating consistent voice and active engagement
  • Demonstrated commitment to content creation with consistent weekly (or more frequent) publishing over the past three months
  • Focused content addressing K–12 parents, examining educational alternatives, challenging traditional schooling models, or exploring specialized learning approaches
  • Exceptional narrative skills across varied content formats, from concise video scripts to in-depth written pieces
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary K-12 education landscapes, challenges, and innovations within the US/Canada
  • Confidence in live speaking environments with ability to address challenging parent questions authentically
  • Proficiency with AI-enhanced creative tools such as ChatGPT, Descript, or Notion AI for content development and production
  • Availability for domestic travel to education conferences and industry gatherings
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
