What you will be doing

  • Craft high-impact content across multiple formats (reels, essays, podcasts) that articulates the compelling case for learning from home and Novatio's distinct approach
  • Lead authoritative webinars and live Q&A sessions that address parent concerns with clarity and conviction
  • Synthesize educational research, personal insights, and parent feedback into content that resonates emotionally while maintaining intellectual rigor
  • Cultivate authentic relationships with your audience through transparent dialogue, thoughtful responses to criticism, and evidence-based guidance
  • Measure and optimize for conversion metrics that directly impact enrollment and institutional growth

What you will NOT be doing

  • Targeting elite demographics—Novatio exists to make exceptional education accessible to families across economic spectrums
  • Managing a content team—your authentic voice and personal perspective are the assets we're investing in
  • Delivering sanitized corporate messaging—your credibility depends on maintaining the honesty that built your audience
  • Chasing superficial engagement metrics—we measure success by meaningful parent actions, not algorithmic approval
  • Producing surface-level content—this role demands intellectual depth and nuanced understanding of educational decision-making

Key responsibilities

Build trust and drive enrollment by transforming your established online presence into a decisive movement that empowers parents to choose better education for their children.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5K engaged followers across education-focused social platforms with demonstrable influence and consistent voice
  • Established publishing discipline with weekly or more frequent content production over the past quarter
  • Proven track record creating content that resonates with K-12 parents, challenges educational conventions, or explores alternative learning models
  • Exceptional storytelling capabilities across both concise and comprehensive formats
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary K-12 education landscape, challenges, and innovations in the US/Canada
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively in live settings and address challenging parent concerns with authority
  • Proficiency with AI-enhanced content tools for research, production, and optimization
  • Availability for domestic travel to represent Novatio at strategic industry events
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
