Campus Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person role located at our NYC campus.

Transform Education's Frontline: Become the Operational Mastermind Behind NYC's Most Elite Learning Environment

At Alpha, we're not just another private school—we're pioneering an educational revolution where gifted students complete high school academics by 8th grade, achieve 5s on APs, and score 1350+ on SATs. Our 2-Hour Learning model accelerates academics at twice the traditional pace, but this exceptional environment demands flawless operations.

As Campus Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring our revolutionary approach functions seamlessly. While our guides mentor extraordinary minds, you'll orchestrate the environment where academic excellence thrives. From managing campus safety to technology administration, your operational expertise will enable an educational ecosystem where brilliance is expected, independence is cultivated, and limitless potential becomes reality.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate daily campus operations with precision, creating an environment where accelerated learning thrives
  • Provide frontline technology support and coordinate with specialized IT resources to maintain our advanced learning infrastructure
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with our elite community of students, ambitious parents, and exceptional staff
  • Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols that protect our high-potential learning environment
  • Elevate key campus initiatives including strategic events, staff integration, and facility optimization

What you will NOT be doing

  • Developing curriculum or providing academic instruction—our specialized guides handle student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence
  • Working without purpose in an administrative silo—your operational expertise directly impacts student achievement and family satisfaction
  • Managing routine paperwork that doesn't advance our mission of accelerated, limitless learning
  • Operating within traditional educational constraints that undervalue student potential

Key responsibilities

Drive operational excellence that powers an educational revolution—create and maintain a campus environment where systems function flawlessly, exceptional students accelerate beyond traditional limits, and families experience the transformative difference of Alpha's approach to gifted education.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years managing complex operational systems in education, events, hospitality, or comparable environments
  • Demonstrated excellence in crisis management, proactive initiative-taking, and independent prioritization of competing demands
  • Proficiency with essential IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
  • Exceptional communication skills that build and maintain trust across our high-expectations community
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and commitment to full-time, on-site presence at our NYC campus
