Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person role located at our NYC campus.

Extraordinary minds require extraordinary operations. At Alpha, we're not just educating gifted students—we're revolutionizing how the top 1% learn. We seek an exceptional Campus Coordinator to power the machine that's producing tomorrow's leaders.

Alpha accelerates brilliant young minds beyond conventional limits—our students complete high school academics by 8th grade, achieve 5s on APs, and score 1350+ on SATs. Behind this academic excellence is our meticulously designed operational framework. You'll be the operational cornerstone ensuring our 2-Hour Learning model delivers 2x the traditional educational pace without friction.

While traditional schools accept mediocrity, we demand excellence. You'll orchestrate everything from campus safety to technology infrastructure, creating the optimal environment where exceptional students transform into extraordinary leaders. This isn't about maintaining the status quo—it's about enabling an educational revolution that's reshaping what gifted education can achieve.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate flawless daily operations that enable our accelerated learning environment to function at peak efficiency
  • Manage technology infrastructure with confidence, providing first-line troubleshooting and coordinating advanced support when necessary
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with our community through precise, professional communication that builds trust and reinforces our mission
  • Implement rigorous safety protocols that protect our campus without impeding the dynamic learning environment
  • Drive key campus initiatives including community events, staff integration, and facility optimization

What you will NOT be doing

  • Developing curriculum or providing academic instruction—our specialized guides handle student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence
  • Performing isolated administrative functions disconnected from our mission—every task you undertake directly supports our revolutionary educational model
  • Managing mundane paperwork that doesn't advance our goals—we've streamlined bureaucracy to focus on what truly matters
  • Working within the constraints of traditional education—we've abandoned conventional limitations in favor of boundless achievement

Key responsibilities

Power the operational engine behind education's future. Your mission is to create and maintain an impeccable campus environment where operational excellence enables academic brilliance, student potential is unleashed without limits, and families experience an educational revolution that delivers measurable, extraordinary results.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years managing complex operational systems in education, events, hospitality, or comparable environments where excellence is non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated capacity to navigate high-pressure situations with composure, take decisive action, and independently manage competing priorities
  • Proficient technical aptitude including Google Workspace administration and fundamental IT troubleshooting
  • Exceptional communication skills that build unwavering community confidence and trust
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and commitment to on-site presence in NYC
