Campus Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You understand how to establish trust quickly through a blend of warmth, accuracy, and assurance. You communicate naturally and can guide families from initial interest to full commitment. Beyond interpersonal skills, you're also the one who identifies when something needs attention, locates the right vendor, and ensures it's resolved. If this describes you, this position finally allows you to leverage both skill sets.

At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, well-functioning school environment. You'll oversee the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathetic outreach. You'll also manage daily safety protocols and facility coordination, relying on data and records to maintain efficiency, precision, and readiness for review.

This position suits someone who operates independently and values seeing tangible results. You'll join a school reimagining education—one that condenses the school day to two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and cultivates students who are curious, confident, and compassionate. Your responsibility is to expand access for more families and ensure their experience is exceptional from day one.

Ready to take ownership of the full journey?

What you will be doing

  • Conducting personalized family engagements that present Alpha's model and influence enrollment outcomes
  • Overseeing the complete admissions pipeline through prompt, strategic, and considerate communication
  • Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating resolutions with staff
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and feedback systems to continuously improve operational processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending drawn-out meetings lacking clear action items or present decision-makers
  • Delivering a scripted pitch. Every family interaction is customized, genuine, and intentional
  • Micromanaging vendors or tracking down paperwork that should have been recorded initially
  • Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll be the one who recognizes and resolves them

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of the admissions process and campus operations to drive student enrollment growth and sustain a secure, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and self-driven initiative
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Available to work on-site in Miami, FL or prepared to relocate
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities coordination
  • In-depth familiarity with the local K–12 education environment
  • Known for being "the most responsive person in the room"
