Description

TEXAS-BASED OPPORTUNITY: This is an on-campus position at one of our Texas locations.

You're that rare blend – a people-first communicator who can win hearts with authentic conversation, AND the detail-oriented problem solver who notices the leaky faucet and already has the plumber on speed dial. If you've been waiting for a role that celebrates both your relationship-building talents and your operational prowess, we've been waiting for you.

At Alpha, you'll become the cornerstone of our campus experience. From guiding prospective families through their discovery journey with personalized attention to ensuring our physical space remains safe, compliant, and optimized for learning – you'll be the invisible hand making excellence visible. You'll transform curious parents into committed families through high-touch communication while simultaneously managing the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our innovative educational environment running seamlessly.

This position is designed for a self-starter who craves meaningful impact. You'll represent a revolutionary educational approach that condenses traditional schooling into just two hours daily, balances life skills with academics, and cultivates students who approach the world with curiosity, confidence, and kindness. Your mission? Open this experience to more families and ensure the environment exceeds expectations once they arrive.

Are you ready to become the architect of our campus experience?

What you will be doing

  • Crafting personalized family experiences that authentically showcase Alpha's unique educational model and drive enrollment decisions
  • Orchestrating the complete admissions journey with responsive, strategic communication that builds trust and clarity
  • Implementing and reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating timely resolutions
  • Building and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure proactive facility maintenance and swift problem resolution
  • Creating documentation systems and feedback mechanisms that continuously elevate our processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wasting time in unproductive meetings that lack clear objectives or decision-making authority
  • Delivering robotic, one-size-fits-all presentations – every family conversation will be authentic and tailored
  • Micromanaging vendors or hunting down documentation that should have been properly recorded initially
  • Waiting for direction when challenges arise – you'll be empowered to identify issues and implement solutions

Key responsibilities

Champion both the enrollment experience and campus functionality to grow our student community while maintaining an environment that's safe, efficient, and optimized for exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record in educational admissions, enrollment management, or meaningful family engagement
  • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport
  • Strong emotional intelligence paired with self-motivation and independent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with or enthusiasm to learn comprehensive campus operations management
  • Ability to work on-site at our Fort Worth or Plano, Texas campus (relocation support available)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in safety compliance, regulatory requirements, or facilities oversight
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Texas K-12 educational landscape and community dynamics
  • A well-earned reputation for exceptional responsiveness and follow-through
