Description

CAMPUS LOCATION: This position requires on-site presence at one of our Texas locations.

Are you the person who can turn a hesitant parent into an enthusiastic advocate? Do you possess that rare combination of relationship-building prowess and operational excellence? You're someone who doesn't just connect with people—you also spot inefficiencies and take action to resolve them. If this describes you perfectly, we've designed a role that celebrates both your interpersonal genius and your systematic thinking.

Join Alpha's mission where you'll spearhead family recruitment while maintaining operational excellence across our campus. From initial family inquiries to enrollment completion, you'll craft personalized experiences that convert interest into commitment. Simultaneously, you'll champion safety protocols and facility management, leveraging data-driven approaches to maintain our standards of excellence.

This opportunity is perfect for a self-directed professional who wants to witness the tangible results of their efforts. You'll become part of an educational revolution that condenses traditional learning into efficient two-hour sessions, emphasizes life skills alongside academics, and cultivates students who embody curiosity, confidence, and compassion. Your mission: expand access to this transformative experience while ensuring operational brilliance.

Are you prepared to transform how families discover and experience education?

What you will be doing

  • Designing and delivering customized family experiences that illuminate Alpha's educational philosophy and inspire enrollment commitments
  • Orchestrating the complete admissions ecosystem through responsive, strategic, and empathetic outreach
  • Conducting comprehensive safety protocol reviews, identifying compliance gaps, and facilitating corrective actions with team members
  • Directing vendor relationships to ensure preventative facility care and maintenance excellence
  • Implementing systematic documentation practices and feedback mechanisms to optimize operational workflows

What you will NOT be doing

  • Participating in unproductive meetings lacking clear objectives or empowered decision-makers
  • Delivering generic presentations. Each family interaction will be personalized, authentic, and meaningful
  • Managing vendor relationships reactively or pursuing documentation that should be systematically captured
  • Depending on others to identify operational challenges. You'll proactively recognize and address them

Key responsibilities

Drive student enrollment growth and campus operational excellence by mastering both family engagement and facility management, creating an environment where exceptional education thrives.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record in educational admissions, student recruitment, or family relations
  • Outstanding communication abilities across written and spoken formats
  • Strong emotional intelligence paired with self-motivated work style
  • Experience with or eagerness to master campus operational systems
  • Commitment to on-site work in Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX or flexibility to relocate
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa support

Nice to have

  • Background in safety management, compliance oversight, or facility operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of regional K–12 educational environment
  • Recognition for exceptional responsiveness and communication speed
