Description

LOCATION ALERT: This is an on-site role based at one of our Texas campuses.

If you're adept at swiftly building trust with warmth and precision, and excel at moving families from interest to enrollment, you might find your perfect fit here. You possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved. This role is perfect for someone who seamlessly combines interpersonal skills with operational acuity.

As an Admissions Coordinator at Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment and ensure the seamless operation of the school environment. Your role will encompass managing the entire admissions process, from initial contact to final documentation, providing families with empathetic and personalized communication. You'll also be responsible for overseeing daily safety compliance and facility operations, ensuring everything is efficient and audit-ready through data-driven approaches.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomous environments and desires to see the tangible impact of their work. Join a school that challenges traditional education norms, offering a compressed school day, and equal emphasis on life skills and academics. Your mission is to expand this transformative experience to more families and maintain excellence once they join.

Are you prepared to take ownership of the entire experience?

What you will be doing

  • Conducting personalized family engagements to highlight Alpha’s unique educational model, driving enrollment decisions.
  • Managing the admissions pipeline with strategic, prompt, and thoughtful communication.
  • Auditing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance issues, and coordinating necessary follow-ups with staff.
  • Handling vendor relationships to ensure proactive facility maintenance.
  • Utilizing documentation and feedback to continually refine processes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Participating in endless meetings without clear outcomes or decision-makers.
  • Delivering repetitive sales pitches. Each family interaction is unique, thoughtful, and personalized.
  • Micromanaging vendors or repeatedly chasing paperwork that should have been correctly filed initially.
  • Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll be proactive in spotting and resolving them.

Key responsibilities

Take charge of both the admissions process and campus operations to boost student enrollment and ensure a secure, efficiently-run environment that supports outstanding teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in school admissions, enrollment, or family engagement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn campus operations.
  • Availability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX, or willingness to relocate.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management.
  • Extensive understanding of the local K–12 educational landscape.
  • A reputation for being extremely responsive.
