Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our Texas campuses.

You know how to build trust fast with warmth, precision, and confidence. You’re a natural communicator who can move families from curiosity to conviction. But you’re not just a people person, you’re also the person who notices when something’s broken, finds the vendor, and gets it fixed. If that sounds like you, this is the job that finally lets you use both sides of your brain.

At Alpha, you’ll lead the charge on family enrollment and ensure the school environment runs safely and smoothly. You’ll manage the admissions funnel from first touch to final paperwork, guiding families through the journey with tailored, high-empathy communication. You’ll also oversee daily safety compliance and facility operations, using data and documentation to keep things tight, efficient, and audit-ready.

This role is built for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to see the direct impact of their work. You’ll be joining a school that reimagines what education can look like. One that compresses a school day into two hours, teaches life skills with the same weight as academics, and builds students who are curious, confident, and kind. Your job is to make sure more families get to experience it and to ensure the experience is excellent once they arrive.

Ready to own the experience from start to finish?

What you will be doing

  • Hosting personalized, family engagements that showcase Alpha’s model and drive enrollment decisions
  • Managing the full admissions pipeline with fast, thoughtful, and strategic communication
  • Auditing daily safety checklists, flagging compliance issues, and coordinating follow-ups with staff
  • Overseeing vendor management to ensure proactive facilities maintenance
  • Using documentation and feedback loops to continuously refine each process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sitting in endless meetings with unclear next steps or no decision-makers present
  • Repeating a pitch script. Every family conversation is tailored, human, and thoughtful
  • Babysitting vendors or chasing down paperwork that should have been logged the first time
  • Waiting for someone else to point out problems. You’ll be the one who spots them and solves them

Key responsibilities

Own both the admissions journey and campus operations to increase student enrollment and maintain a safe, well-run environment that enables great teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in school admissions, enrollment, or family engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
  • A reputation for being “the most responsive person in the room”
