Enrollment Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You excel at establishing trust quickly through warmth, precision, and confidence. You're an effective communicator capable of guiding families from initial interest to full commitment. Yet you're more than simply personable—you're also the individual who identifies when systems fail, sources the right vendor, and ensures resolution. If this describes you, this position finally allows you to leverage both skill sets.

At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, efficiently operating school environment. You'll own the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with customized, empathy-driven communication. You'll also supervise daily safety compliance and facility operations, relying on data and documentation to maintain tight, efficient, audit-ready systems.

This position is designed for someone who flourishes with autonomy and seeks visible impact from their contributions. You'll join a school reimagining the possibilities of education—one that condenses the school day into two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and develops students who are curious, confident, and kind. Your responsibility is to expand family access to this experience and ensure excellence once they enroll.

Ready to take full ownership from beginning to end?

What you will be doing

  • Leading personalized family engagements that illustrate Alpha's approach and influence enrollment choices
  • Overseeing the complete admissions pipeline through prompt, strategic, and thoughtful communication
  • Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating staff follow-through
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and feedback systems to continuously improve every process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings lacking clear outcomes or decision-maker presence
  • Reciting a scripted pitch. Each family conversation is customized, genuine, and considerate
  • Micromanaging vendors or pursuing paperwork that should have been properly logged initially
  • Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll be the one discovering and resolving them

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of both the admissions process and campus operations to grow student enrollment and sustain a safe, well-managed environment that supports excellent teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and independent drive
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
  • Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
  • Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
  • A reputation for being "the most responsive person in the room"
