LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You excel at establishing trust quickly through warmth, precision, and confidence. You're a skilled communicator capable of guiding families from initial interest to committed enrollment. Beyond interpersonal skills, you're the person who identifies operational gaps, sources the right vendor, and ensures resolution. If this describes you, this position finally allows you to leverage both skill sets.

  • Leading personalized family engagements that demonstrate Alpha's educational model and facilitate enrollment decisions
  • Overseeing the complete admissions funnel through fast, strategic, and thoughtful communication
  • Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and orchestrating staff follow-through
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facilities upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and feedback mechanisms to improve each operational process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings lacking clear action items or empowered decision-makers
  • Delivering a scripted pitch. Each family interaction is personalized, genuine, and considerate
  • Micromanaging vendors or pursuing documentation that should have been properly recorded initially
  • Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll proactively discover and resolve them

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the admissions process and campus operations to grow student enrollment and sustain a safe, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and self-directed motivation
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Able to work in-person in Miami, FL or prepared to relocate
  • Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local K–12 education environment
  • Known for being "the most responsive person in the room"
