What you will be doing

  • Designing and delivering customized family experiences that highlight Alpha's innovative approach and inspire enrollment commitments
  • Orchestrating the complete admissions process through responsive, strategic, and empathetic communication
  • Conducting comprehensive safety protocol reviews, identifying compliance gaps, and ensuring swift resolution
  • Coordinating with external service providers to maintain proactive facility upkeep and functionality
  • Implementing systematic documentation practices and feedback mechanisms to optimize operational workflows

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting trapped in unproductive meetings where decisions stall and accountability disappears
  • Delivering generic presentations. Each family interaction will be personalized, authentic, and meaningful
  • Micromanaging contractors or hunting down documentation that should be properly filed from day one
  • Playing the waiting game for others to identify issues. You'll be proactive in spotting and addressing challenges

Key responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the enrollment experience and campus functionality to drive student growth while maintaining the operational standards that support exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record in educational admissions, student recruitment, or family relations
  • Outstanding communication abilities across written and spoken formats
  • Strong emotional awareness and self-motivated work style
  • Experience with or eagerness to master facility operations management
  • Must be able to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX or Plano, TX, or willing to relocate to these areas
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in safety protocols, compliance monitoring, or property management
  • Comprehensive understanding of regional K–12 educational options and trends
  • Known for exceptional responsiveness and follow-through in professional settings
