Success Coach   $60,000 USD/year

Description

You've spent years building discipline—whether through competition, performance, or professional achievement. Now you're ready to channel that discipline into meaningful work. At Alpha Anywhere, you'll coach students to achieve what most consider impossible: a genuine love of learning, accelerated progress, and the confidence to become self-directed learners. You'll do this entirely remotely, from any location.

Alpha Anywhere represents the virtual extension of Alpha's innovative educational model. We combine AI-driven academics with two weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to provide what traditional classrooms cannot: individualized mastery, velocity, and sustained engagement. This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is performance coaching for students prepared to learn twice as fast—who need someone to help them reach that capacity.

You'll partner with students in grades 3–8 worldwide to produce quantifiable academic advancement through mindset transformation, not direct instruction. Your mission is to maintain high standards, cultivate self-belief, and transform the school experience into something that feels like achievement. Every session you facilitate has weight. Every insight you unlock creates change. If you're seeking real impact, this is it.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student, centered on academic target-setting, engagement, and mindset development
  • Hosting open "office hours" where students can access real-time support, motivation, or problem-solving assistance
  • Leveraging AI tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
  • Recording observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student on an accelerated growth path
  • Working alongside your team to exchange best practices, surface issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering lessons, evaluating assessments, or creating assignments—our platform manages the academics
  • Conducting lectures or adhering to a fixed curriculum
  • Supervising or managing unmotivated students—we coach with intention, not control
  • Attending redundant meetings or navigating administrative overhead
  • Settling for average—this team is designed for individuals who aim to perform at a high standard and create measurable results

Key responsibilities

Produce measurable academic progress and sustained engagement for remote students through high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching in a fully virtual, technology-enabled environment.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
  • Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
  • Strong virtual communication skills and capacity to build rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet
  • Comfortable navigating dashboards and technology tools to monitor and refine performance
  • Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones

Nice to have

  • Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
  • Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
