Success Coach   $60,000 USD/year

Description

You've spent years excelling—whether in competition, creative work, or leadership. Now it's time to apply that same drive to something bigger. At Alpha Anywhere, you'll coach students to achieve what most consider impossible: mastering school faster, building unshakable confidence, and learning to love the process. You'll do this remotely, from wherever you call home.

Alpha Anywhere represents the next generation of Alpha's proven school model, now fully virtual. We combine AI-driven learning with two weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to unlock what traditional classrooms cannot: tailored mastery, accelerated progress, and genuine motivation. This isn't tutoring or conventional teaching. It's performance coaching for young learners ready to double their learning speed—and who need the right guide to reach that potential.

Working with students in grades 3–8 worldwide, you'll create measurable academic gains by transforming mindset, not delivering instruction. You set the standard, cultivate belief, and turn education into an experience of consistent success. Each session carries weight. Each moment of progress matters. If meaningful impact is what you're after, this is where you'll find it.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per week with each student, centered on goal-setting, motivation, and academic mindset
  • Hosting open office hours where students can join for immediate guidance, motivation, or problem-solving
  • Leveraging AI-powered tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, detect obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
  • Recording observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep every student on an accelerated growth path
  • Working alongside your team to exchange best practices, flag issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing lessons, evaluating tests, or creating homework assignments—technology manages the curriculum
  • Giving lectures or adhering to a prescribed syllabus
  • Supervising or over-managing unmotivated students—we coach with intention, not surveillance
  • Attending excessive meetings or navigating red tape
  • Settling for mediocrity—this team is designed for those who want to excel and create lasting impact

Key responsibilities

Generate quantifiable academic progress and sustained engagement for remote learners through high-frequency, results-focused mindset coaching within a fully virtual, technology-enabled environment.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
  • Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
  • Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
  • Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
  • Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones

Nice to have

  • Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
  • Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
