Novatio School is transforming the way we think about student support. Our AI-driven learning platform delivers core academics during two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoons, students join live interactive workshops where they explore interests, collaborate, and develop new skills.
Your mission is to maintain momentum and ensure seamless execution. You'll guide students through transitions, foster participation in small groups, and provide encouragement when challenges arise. Content delivery isn't your responsibility, but your presence will be critical to creating smooth, impactful sessions.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and guiding group activities
- Encouraging student participation and building confidence through chat interactions, recognition, and individual outreach
- Supporting students in staying focused, motivated, and connected throughout their learning sessions
- Collaborating with lead educators to manage operational details that ensure workshops function seamlessly
- Serving as a positive, reliable presence and culture champion across bilingual tracks and student clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Taking a passive role—this position demands active involvement and high energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, well-organized, and motivated during every workshop session.
Candidate requirements
- Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- Minimum 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading young people
- Educational experience within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have completed schooling in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)
- Excellent communication abilities and an energetic, student-centered approach with attention to detail
- Able to begin by the end of July
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms or youth development programs
- Experience in after-school initiatives, summer camp settings, or club facilitation
