Novatio School is transforming the way we think about student support. Our AI-driven learning platform delivers core academic instruction in two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoons, students join live, interactive workshops where they explore interests, collaborate, and develop new skills.
You'll be responsible for maintaining momentum and ensuring seamless operations. Your job is to guide students through transitions, foster engagement in small-group settings, and provide encouragement when challenges arise. While you won't deliver academic instruction, your presence will be critical to the success of every session.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, guiding transitions, and overseeing group activities
- Encouraging student participation and building confidence through chat engagement, recognition, and one-on-one check-ins
- Ensuring students remain engaged, motivated, and connected throughout their learning experience
- Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure workshops flow without interruption
- Serving as a positive, reliable presence and culture champion across bilingual programs and extracurricular clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Remaining passive—this role demands active involvement and high energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, well-organized, and motivated during each workshop session.
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details
- Ready to start by the end of July
Nice to have
- Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
- Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
