Novatio School is transforming the student experience. Our AI-enhanced learning platform delivers core academics in two concentrated morning hours. After that, students join live virtual workshops designed for exploration, creativity, and personal development.
You'll be the behind-the-scenes champion who keeps things moving and morale high. You'll guide students through transitions, foster engagement during collaborative activities, and step in with encouragement when a student needs a boost. Content delivery isn't your job—but ensuring every session feels seamless and energizing is.
If you have experience working with young people—whether through camps, coaching, tutoring, or youth organizations—and you want to help make education feel meaningful, connected, and enjoyable, this role is worth your attention.
What you will be doing
- Facilitating smooth operation of live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative exercises
- Encouraging student participation and building confidence through direct messages, recognition, and one-on-one engagement
- Keeping students focused, motivated, and socially connected throughout their learning experience
- Providing logistical and operational support to lead educators so that workshops flow without interruption
- Serving as a positive, consistent presence who strengthens culture across bilingual sessions and student clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering lessons or teaching core academic content
- Preparing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Developing curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Remaining passive—this role requires active engagement and high energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and enthusiastic during every workshop.
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details
- Ready to start by the end of July
Nice to have
- Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
- Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
