Novatio School is reimagining how we support learners. Our AI-driven academic model delivers core instruction in two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoons, students join live, interactive workshops designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.
You'll be responsible for maintaining momentum and ensuring seamless execution. Your focus will be on guiding students through transitions, fostering participation in small groups, and providing encouragement when challenges arise. Content delivery isn't your job, but your presence will be critical to the success of every session.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group tasks
- Encouraging student involvement and building confidence through direct messaging, public recognition, and individual outreach
- Supporting students in staying focused, motivated, and socially connected throughout their learning experiences
- Assisting lead instructors with operational logistics to ensure workshops proceed without disruption
- Serving as a culture ambassador and reliable point of contact across bilingual programming and extracurricular clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Taking a passive role—this position requires active involvement and sustained energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, well-organized, and motivated throughout every workshop session.
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details
- Ready to start by the end of July
Nice to have
- Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
- Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
