At Novatio School, we're transforming student success with our innovative AI-driven learning model. Mornings are dedicated to core academics, while afternoons open up a world of live workshops for students to discover, create, and thrive.

Your mission is to maintain an energetic atmosphere and ensure seamless operations. You'll guide students to their destinations, foster engagement in small groups, and step in to motivate when needed. While you won't teach content, your role is crucial to the enchanting flow of each session.

If you've ever led kids in camps, sports, tutoring, or youth programs and are eager to make education personal, meaningful, and fun, this could be your next exciting opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating dynamic virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, transitions, and group tasks
  • Inspiring students and boosting participation through chats, shout-outs, and personalized interactions
  • Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and connected during their learning sessions
  • Providing logistical support to lead educators to ensure workshops run efficiently
  • Fostering a positive culture and serving as a reliable presence across bilingual tracks and clubs

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing academic subjects or delivering educational content
  • Crafting lesson plans or grading work
  • Designing curricula or independently conducting workshops
  • Being a passive observer—this role demands active participation and high energy

Key responsibilities

Enhance vibrant virtual learning experiences by ensuring students are engaged, organized, and enthusiastic throughout each workshop session.

Candidate requirements

  • Availability to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth leadership
  • Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16)—must have attended school in one of these countries; current location is flexible
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with digital platforms
  • Dynamic, student-centric presence with meticulous attention to detail and smooth facilitation skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with online educational tools or youth enrichment programs
  • Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership roles
