What you will be doing

  • Developing and optimizing folder structures, naming conventions, and data-validation rules for seamless data retrieval.
  • Ensuring student information is up-to-date and error-free across various platforms, autonomously resolving issues as they arise.
  • Reviewing enrollment and withdrawal documentation, addressing data gaps, and ensuring compliance in record-keeping.
  • Monitoring immunization, meal-program, and accommodations data, submitting timely reports, and identifying potential risks early.
  • Implementing lightweight automations or templates to streamline repetitive tasks and maintain high-quality records during peak periods.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handling walk-in inquiries or managing constant phone calls; this role is focused on back-end operations.
  • Creating policies or managing complex cases; your expertise lies in executing tasks with precision.
  • Dealing with physical paperwork; all records are maintained digitally in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of daily student-records processes, enabling stakeholders to access timely and reliable information when needed.

Candidate requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or enhance data-management systems (such as folder structures, spreadsheets, validation checks, and basic automations).
  • High typing and data-entry speed with outstanding accuracy.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple, recurring deadlines.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills in English.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
