What you will be doing
As our Records Coordinator, you'll become the architect of our information ecosystem by:
- Crafting intuitive organizational frameworks with precise folder hierarchies, logical naming protocols, and robust validation mechanisms that make information retrieval effortless
- Maintaining impeccable student records across multiple platforms (SIS, spreadsheets, cloud storage), proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Scrutinizing enrollment and withdrawal documentation for completeness, bridging information gaps, and shepherding each record through the compliance journey
- Overseeing critical health and support data (immunizations, meal programs, accommodations), delivering timely reports and identifying potential compliance issues before they become problems
- Developing time-saving templates and automation tools that minimize repetitive tasks and maintain exceptional data integrity even during high-volume periods
What you will NOT be doing
To set clear expectations, this position does not involve:
- Front-facing reception duties or extensive phone communication – your focus will be on concentrated data management
- Creating institutional policies or managing complex student cases – your expertise lies in executing established protocols with precision
- Managing physical paperwork in traditional filing systems – we operate in a fully digital environment
