Novatio School is reshaping how student success is supported. Our AI-driven learning platform covers core academics in just two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoons, students join live workshops where they explore interests, collaborate, and develop new skills.
You'll be the one maintaining momentum and ensuring everything flows seamlessly. You'll guide students through transitions, foster engagement in small groups, and provide encouragement when they hit a roadblock. Content delivery isn't your job—but you'll be critical to making every session feel effortless and engaging.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, student transitions, and group tasks
- Encouraging participation and building confidence through live chats, recognition, and one-on-one touchpoints
- Keeping students connected, motivated, and engaged throughout their learning sessions
- Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure workshops run seamlessly
- Serving as a positive, reliable presence across bilingual program tracks and club activities
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student assignments
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Observing passively—this role demands active involvement and high energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated throughout each workshop session.
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and high comfort with digital platforms
- Energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details and smooth transitions
Nice to have
- Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
- Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
