Novatio School is reshaping the way we think about student support. Our AI-driven learning platform delivers core academics in two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoons, students join live, interactive workshops where they explore new ideas, collaborate, and develop.
You'll be the one maintaining momentum and ensuring seamless execution. You'll guide students through transitions, foster participation in small groups, and provide encouragement when they hit a roadblock. Content delivery isn't your responsibility, but your presence will be critical to the success of every session.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
- Encouraging student participation and boosting morale through chat engagement, recognition, and one-on-one touchpoints
- Supporting students in staying focused, confident, and socially connected throughout their learning sessions
- Providing logistical and operational support to lead educators to ensure workshops flow without interruption
- Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence across bilingual learning tracks and extracurricular clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Observing from the background—this is an active, dynamic position
Key responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain motivated, organized, and fully involved in every workshop experience.
Candidate requirements
- Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details
- Ready to start by the end of July
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms or youth development programs
- Experience in after-school initiatives, summer camps, or extracurricular leadership roles
