Ready to move beyond cookie-cutter schools that limit student growth? Alpha is reimagining education for learners who exceed conventional classroom boundaries. We need a motivated operations leader who designs smooth, composed, high-performance systems that enable outstanding learning—day in, day out.
Alpha is not a typical private institution. We integrate demanding academics with practical skills and a validated 2-Hour Learning framework that accelerates student progress beyond standard grade expectations. In this position, you serve as the operational core of our campus: you control daily rhythm, safeguard focused learning time, and maintain precision across every touchpoint so Guides can mentor without interruption. You'll manage safety, facility operations, and foundational technology administration while cultivating a welcoming, high-accountability environment for students and their families.
If you excel at structured workflows, rapid troubleshooting, and measurable outcomes, this role fits. You'll create a campus atmosphere that is purposeful, streamlined, and invigorating—where academic drive is championed and self-reliance is developed. Join us to help define a school where engaged students advance more quickly, build resilience, and lead with integrity.
Lead the complete campus operation to ensure our site functions punctually, to standard, and at a caliber that supports faster learning and outstanding family experience.
