As our Campus Operations Coordinator, you become the heartbeat of our SF location: orchestrating daily rhythms, safeguarding focused learning time, and maintaining flawless execution so our Guides can concentrate purely on student development. You'll manage safety protocols, facility operations, and essential technology while cultivating an atmosphere of warmth and high achievement for our community.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating comprehensive daily campus operations to maintain our 2-Hour Learning framework without disruptions or delays.
  • Managing frontline technology support including device configuration, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating advanced technical issues with IT specialists.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with students, families, and team members through clear communication and reliable execution.
  • Executing and monitoring campus safety procedures; overseeing emergency drills, maintaining incident documentation, and liaising with external service providers.
  • Facilitating essential campus functions—special events, new staff integration, inventory management, and facility maintenance—ensuring consistently excellent standards.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or developing educational content; our Guides handle student mentoring while you focus on operational mastery.
  • Operating behind the scenes with minimal impact; your contributions directly enhance student success and family satisfaction.
  • Getting bogged down in meaningless tasks that don't support accelerated learning; every responsibility connects to efficiency, security, or excellence.

Key responsibilities

Take complete ownership of campus operations to ensure our facility operates punctually, meets high standards, and maintains conditions that support accelerated learning and outstanding family experiences.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience overseeing complex operations in educational settings, event management, hospitality, or comparable service-focused industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, show proactive leadership, and handle multiple competing demands autonomously.
  • Competency in fundamental IT problem-solving and Google Workspace management.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills that foster community confidence and engagement.
  • Legal authorization for U.S. employment and availability for full-time, on-site work in San Francisco, CA.
