Description

**SAN FRANCISCO CAMPUS POSITION**: This full-time role requires in-person presence at our SF location.

Are you frustrated by educational systems that limit bright minds? At Alpha, we're revolutionizing learning for students who deserve more than conventional classrooms can offer. We're seeking a detail-oriented operational mastermind who can create frictionless, structured environments where extraordinary education thrives daily.

Alpha stands apart from traditional private schools. We integrate challenging academics with practical skills through our innovative 2-Hour Learning methodology—allowing students to accelerate beyond standard grade expectations. As our Enrollment Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational cornerstone of our San Francisco campus: orchestrating daily rhythms, safeguarding focused learning time, and maintaining operational precision so our Guides can mentor without operational burdens. Your domain includes campus safety, facility management, and essential technology administration while cultivating a community atmosphere that balances warmth with high academic standards.

If you excel in developing streamlined processes, resolving challenges swiftly, and creating tangible results, this role is tailored for you. You'll craft a campus experience that feels deliberate, streamlined, and inspiring—where academic excellence is the norm and student independence is intentionally developed. Partner with us to build an educational environment where motivated learners progress rapidly, develop resilience, and emerge as principled leaders.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating comprehensive daily operations to maintain our 2-Hour Learning schedule with precision and minimal disruptions
  • Providing first-response technology support (including device configuration and basic troubleshooting) while coordinating advanced issues with our IT team
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our community through precise communication and reliable execution
  • Managing and enhancing campus safety systems; conducting drills, documenting incidents, and liaising with service providers
  • Facilitating essential campus functions—including events, staff integration, and resource/facility management—to consistently maintain our high performance standards

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; our Guides handle student educational mentorship while you ensure operational excellence
  • Working in isolation with limited impact; your contributions directly enhance student achievement and family experience
  • Engaging in administrative tasks disconnected from our mission; your responsibilities directly support learning acceleration, safety protocols, or educational quality

Key responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive campus operations to ensure our environment consistently runs punctually, meets established standards, and maintains the quality necessary for accelerated learning outcomes and superior family satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex operational systems in education, event coordination, hospitality, or comparable service-oriented settings
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure during challenging situations, display self-direction, and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with fundamental IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that foster community confidence
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work on-location in San Francisco, California
