ELITE CAMPUS COORDINATOR NEEDED: Build the operational backbone for San Francisco's most ambitious learning environment. Our 2-Hour Learning model accelerates academic growth while developing real-world skills. Now, we need an exceptional operations professional to ensure our San Francisco campus runs with military precision and warm professionalism. This full-time, in-person role demands someone who finds satisfaction in creating frictionless systems that enable remarkable outcomes. You'll orchestrate daily campus operations, maintain safety protocols, handle front-line tech support, and build meaningful relationships with our community of high-achievers. Your operational excellence directly translates to student success—creating the conditions where focused learning thrives and academic ambition is celebrated.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating daily campus operations with precision to protect our 2-Hour Learning schedule from interruptions
  • Managing front-line technology support and coordinating with IT teams for more complex issues
  • Cultivating trust through exemplary communication and consistent follow-through with students, families and staff
  • Implementing comprehensive safety protocols including drills, incident documentation, and vendor management
  • Elevating campus performance through meticulous coordination of events, staff onboarding, and facilities management

What you will NOT be doing

  • Developing curriculum or providing academic instruction—our Guides handle student learning while you ensure operational excellence
  • Working behind the scenes with minimal impact—your operational decisions directly enhance student outcomes and family satisfaction
  • Managing administrative tasks that don't advance our mission—every system you build accelerates learning, enhances safety, or improves quality

Key responsibilities

Drive comprehensive campus operations to ensure Alpha runs at peak efficiency—on time, on standard, and at a level that enables accelerated learning and exceptional family satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Minimum 2 years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or comparable high-service environments
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure during crises, take independent initiative, and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that establish and maintain community trust
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States with ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
