Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open—we value diverse knowledge backgrounds)
- Demonstrated ability to captivate audiences through compelling public speaking
- Genuine passion for connecting with and elevating K-8th grade students
- Minimum 3 years experience guiding children as a coach or mentor
- Legal authorization to work in the Bahamas (no visa sponsorship available)
- Commitment to on-site work in Nassau
- Availability to complete our fully-paid training program at our Austin headquarters
