You'll be the catalyst behind the successful launch of new Alpha campuses.

This position offers you the opportunity to influence the introduction of innovative, technology-driven schools — not via traditional advertising or mass marketing, but by cultivating genuine trust within local communities. You'll pinpoint high-value community partners (such as: elite preschools, leading enrichment providers, influential parenting figures), orchestrate location-specific initiatives, and channel qualified prospective families directly to our admissions operations.

In contrast to conventional outreach positions, this is a fully remote role with deep technology integration. You'll leverage AI capabilities to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and automate routine follow-through — freeing your schedule to concentrate on what truly generates results: strategic partnerships and scalable, partner-driven engagement. You'll control the top-of-funnel activity in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts convert to enrollments.

We've demonstrated the model's effectiveness. Now, we're bringing it to additional cities — and we need you to ensure the right families discover us early.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing and cultivating strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's ideal family demographic.
  • Providing partners with tailored messaging, collateral, and campaign resources to execute coordinated, effective local initiatives.
  • Collecting and vetting partner-sourced leads, recording relevant details in the CRM system, and transferring them seamlessly to the admissions function.
  • Deploying AI-powered tools to optimize outreach efforts, automate scheduling and follow-up sequences, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Revising internal standard operating procedures, strategic playbooks, and knowledge bases to incorporate current insights from active campaigns.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending time in planning-only sessions — this role demands hands-on, direct execution.
  • Conducting in-person visits or fieldwork — all partnership development and activation is managed remotely.
  • Overseeing family engagement post-handoff or enrollment processes — those functions belong to the admissions team.
  • Relying on marketing departments to create momentum — you're the one generating local awareness and demand firsthand.

Key responsibilities

Own top-of-funnel visibility and lead qualification for new Alpha campus openings via remote, partner-enabled community outreach.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community partnerships, grassroots marketing, or relationship-driven outreach functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full pipeline, covering prospecting through follow-up and conversion.
  • Proven success engaging high-trust or high-net-worth audiences (e.g. affluent families, senior decision-makers).
  • Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and confidence applying AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate partner activities or time-sensitive deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
