You will be the catalyst behind the successful launch of new Alpha campuses.

This position offers you the opportunity to influence the rollout of innovative, technology-driven schools — not through traditional advertising or mass marketing, but by cultivating genuine trust within local communities. You will discover and engage high-value community partners (such as: well-regarded preschools, premium enrichment programs, and influential parenting voices), orchestrate targeted local initiatives, and funnel vetted prospects directly to our admissions specialists.

Unlike conventional outreach positions, this opportunity is entirely remote and extensively supported by technology. You will leverage AI to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and automate routine communications — freeing you to concentrate on strategic imperatives: meaningful partnerships and repeatable, partner-driven growth. You will control demand generation in emerging markets and maintain full visibility into how your efforts translate to enrollment outcomes.

We have validated this model. Now, we are scaling to additional cities — and we need you to ensure the right families discover us early.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing and stewarding strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's ideal family demographics.
  • Providing partners with tailored messaging, branded assets, and campaign guidance to execute coordinated, results-driven local programs.
  • Collecting and vetting leads generated through partner channels, recording relevant details in the CRM, and transitioning them seamlessly to the admissions function.
  • Applying AI-powered tools to optimize outreach sequences, automate scheduling and reminders, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Refining internal standard operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge bases to incorporate real-world insights from partner engagements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless planning sessions — this role demands hands-on execution and delivery.
  • Conducting in-person visits or fieldwork — all partner coordination and campaign activation is done remotely.
  • Handling family engagement or enrollment processing — those functions belong to the admissions team.
  • Depending on marketing to create momentum — you will be the driver of local awareness and demand, independently.

Key responsibilities

Own early-stage awareness and qualified lead acquisition for new Alpha campuses via remote, partner-enabled community outreach.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community partnership development, grassroots marketing, or local relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage a full pipeline independently, from initial contact through follow-up and outcome.
  • Demonstrated success engaging discerning audiences (e.g. high-net-worth families, senior decision-makers).
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and confidence using AI to enhance operational productivity.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule for partner activities or time-sensitive deliverables (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
