Description

You'll be responsible for launching new Alpha campuses into their local markets.

This position gives you the opportunity to orchestrate the debut of innovative, technology-driven schools — not via traditional advertising, but by establishing credibility in the communities that matter most. You'll pinpoint influential local allies (such as respected early learning centers, premium after-school programs, and parenting content creators), orchestrate targeted regional initiatives, and funnel qualified prospects directly to our admissions team.

This role differs from standard outreach positions: it's entirely remote and heavily technology-supported. You'll leverage AI to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and automate recurring touchpoints — freeing you to concentrate on high-leverage activities: cultivating strategic alliances and designing partner-driven campaigns that scale. You'll control the demand generation pipeline in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts translate to enrollments.

Alpha represents a fundamentally reimagined approach to education. Learners advance according to their individual readiness, supported by intelligent learning platforms and personalized mentorship — not traditional classroom instruction and worksheets. The model has demonstrated success. As we enter additional cities, we need you to ensure the most aligned families discover us early.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing and stewarding strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's ideal family demographic.
  • Providing partners with tailored messaging, collateral, and tactical support to execute coordinated, effective local initiatives.
  • Collecting and vetting leads generated by partners, recording relevant context in the CRM system, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the admissions team.
  • Applying AI-powered tools to accelerate outreach, automate follow-up sequences, monitor partner activity, and keep CRM data current.
  • Refining internal standard operating procedures, strategy guides, and knowledge bases based on real-world insights from ongoing campaigns.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Participating in planning-only sessions — this role emphasizes hands-on delivery.
  • Conducting site visits or fieldwork — all partnership development and coordination is managed remotely.
  • Overseeing family engagement post-lead or managing enrollment logistics — those functions belong to admissions.
  • Depending on central marketing to create momentum — you're the one generating local awareness and interest, firsthand.

Key responsibilities

Generate awareness and qualified prospect flow at the top of the funnel for new Alpha campuses via remote, partner-driven community engagement.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in roles focused on community partnerships, local outreach, or grassroots relationship development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full pipeline — from initial contact through follow-through and outcome — with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience engaging high-trust, discerning audiences (e.g. affluent families, senior decision-makers).
  • Skilled with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and confident applying AI to enhance productivity.
  • Willing to adjust schedule for partner activities or deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Currently located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no sponsorship available).
