You'll be the driving force behind the successful launch of new Alpha campuses.

This position offers the opportunity to lead the introduction of innovative, technology-enabled schools — not via traditional advertising, but by establishing credibility directly within local communities. You'll pinpoint high-value community partners (such as leading preschools, premium enrichment providers, and parenting thought leaders), orchestrate location-specific outreach initiatives, and funnel qualified prospects directly to our admissions function.

This role stands apart from conventional outreach positions: it's entirely remote and heavily supported by technology. You'll leverage AI to optimize your processes, prioritize engagement efforts, and automate routine follow-through — freeing you to concentrate on high-impact activities: cultivating strategic alliances and designing scalable, partner-driven campaigns. You'll control the early-stage pipeline in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts translate to enrollments.

We've validated this model. Now, as we enter additional cities, we need you to ensure the right families discover us at the outset.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing and stewarding strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's ideal family demographic.
  • Providing partners with talking points, collateral, and campaign frameworks to execute coordinated, effective local initiatives.
  • Collecting and vetting partner-sourced leads, recording relevant context in the CRM, and transferring them seamlessly to the admissions team.
  • Deploying AI-powered tools to accelerate outreach, automate scheduling and reminders, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Refining internal standard operating procedures, partner playbooks, and knowledge bases based on real-world insights.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending time in planning-focused meetings without execution — this role demands hands-on delivery.
  • Conducting in-person visits or fieldwork — all partnership development and activation is managed remotely.
  • Overseeing family engagement or enrollment processes — those functions belong to the admissions team.
  • Relying on marketing departments to generate momentum — you'll be the one creating local awareness and demand, independently.

Key responsibilities

Generate early-stage awareness and deliver qualified lead flow for new Alpha campuses via remote, partner-enabled community outreach.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in community partnerships, grassroots outreach, or local relationship-building roles.
  • Experience managing a pipeline, from outreach to follow-up and conversion, independently.
  • Track record working with high-trust audiences (e.g. HNW families, executive stakeholders).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort using AI to boost workflow efficiency.
  • Able to flex hours for partner events or deadlines (some evenings/weekends as needed).
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without sponsorship.
