You will drive the successful launch of new Alpha campuses through community engagement.

This position offers you the opportunity to influence the opening of innovative, technology-driven schools — not via traditional advertising or mass media, but by cultivating authentic relationships at the local level. You'll pinpoint influential community partners (such as: well-regarded preschools, leading enrichment programs, parenting thought leaders), orchestrate market-specific outreach efforts, and channel qualified prospects directly to our admissions function.

Unlike conventional community outreach positions, this role operates entirely remotely and leverages advanced technology. You'll deploy AI to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and automate recurring tasks — freeing you to concentrate on high-impact activities: forging strategic alliances and executing scalable, partner-driven activation strategies. You'll control the top of the enrollment funnel in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts translate to student enrollment.

Students advance according to their individual readiness, supported by adaptive digital learning platforms and personalized coaching — not traditional classroom instruction and rote exercises. We've validated this model. Now, as we extend our presence to additional cities — we need you to ensure the ideal families discover us early.

What you will be doing

  • Establishing and stewarding strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's ideal family demographic.
  • Providing partners with messaging frameworks, collateral, and campaign resources to execute coordinated, effective local initiatives.
  • Collecting and vetting partner-sourced leads, recording relevant context in the CRM, and transferring them seamlessly to the admissions team.
  • Deploying AI-powered tools to optimize outreach efforts, automate scheduling and follow-up, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Refining internal standard operating procedures, partner playbooks, and knowledge bases to incorporate current field insights.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending time in planning-only sessions — this is a hands-on, execution-focused position.
  • Conducting in-person visits or field work — all partnership development and activation is performed remotely.
  • Overseeing family engagement post-handoff or enrollment processes — admissions owns that stage.
  • Depending on marketing to generate momentum — you are the one creating local awareness and demand, firsthand.

Key responsibilities

Generate top-of-funnel visibility and qualified prospect flow for new Alpha campuses via remote, partner-driven community outreach.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in community partnership development, grassroots marketing, or local stakeholder engagement roles.
  • Proven ability to manage an outreach pipeline, from initial contact through follow-up and conversion, autonomously.
  • Demonstrated success engaging high-trust audiences (e.g. high-net-worth families, senior decision-makers).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to adjust hours for partner activities or time-sensitive deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Must be located in the U.S. or Canada and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
