This role is focused entirely on systems design and operational efficiency. You won't handle parent outreach or family correspondence. Instead, you'll engineer the technical infrastructure that drives admissions and enrollment at every campus, equipping teams with tools they can trust.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and support API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across a multi-campus environment
  • Create automation workflows that reduce manual data handling and scale seamlessly with each new campus launch
  • Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on platform capabilities and produce documentation that ensures workflow consistency
  • Offer timely technical assistance and convert user insights into practical system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar settings (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or comparable systems)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and reconciliation
  • Background in producing technical documentation and training personnel on system use
  • Ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot effectively under operational pressure
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
