Can you convert a newly implemented enrollment platform into a high-performance, scalable engine across multiple campuses?

Alpha is undergoing rapid national expansion, and we've deployed modern enrollment infrastructure. What we need now is systems-level thinking capable of maximizing its capabilities through intelligent integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data workflows.

No parent meetings. No family outreach. Pure operational systems design and technical execution. You will construct the technical infrastructure that supports admissions and enrollment operations campus-wide, equipping teams with dependable, user-friendly tools.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across campuses
  • Architect automation workflows that remove manual data entry and scale seamlessly with each campus expansion
  • Train admissions and registrar staff on system capabilities and develop comprehensive documentation to ensure workflow consistency
  • Deliver timely technical support and convert user input into concrete system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms within admissions, enrollment, or registrar contexts (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or comparable systems)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience producing technical documentation and training personnel on system operations
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting abilities in high-pressure operational settings
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
