We need someone who can take a newly deployed enrollment platform and scale it into a high-performing system that serves dozens of campuses.

Alpha is growing rapidly nationwide, and we've made significant investments in modern enrollment technology. What we require now is systems expertise capable of maximizing its value through strategic integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data pipelines.

This role involves zero parent interactions or family outreach. Your focus will be entirely on systems architecture and operational precision. You will create the technical infrastructure that supports admissions and enrollment operations campus-wide, while equipping teams with tools that are intuitive and dependable.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and support API integrations linking enrollment systems, CRM, SIS, and reporting tools across a multi-campus environment
  • Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale seamlessly with campus expansion
  • Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on platform capabilities and develop comprehensive documentation to ensure workflow consistency
  • Offer timely technical support and convert user insights into concrete system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing CRM or SIS platforms within admissions, enrollment, or registrar settings (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or comparable systems)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and reconciliation
  • Track record of producing technical documentation and training personnel on system functionality
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting abilities in high-pressure operational contexts
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States
