What you will be doing
- Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across a multi-campus environment
- Engineer automation workflows that remove manual data handling and expand smoothly with each new campus deployment
- Deliver training to admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce comprehensive documentation for standardized processes
- Offer prompt technical assistance and convert user insights into concrete system enhancements
Candidate requirements
- 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
- Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to work remotely within the United States
