Alpha is in the midst of aggressive national expansion, and we've deployed modern enrollment infrastructure to support it. What we need now is the systems expertise to maximize its capabilities—through strategic integrations, refined automations, and dependable data workflows.

No parent outreach. No family engagement. This is pure systems architecture and operational precision. You'll construct the technical infrastructure that supports admissions and enrollment at every location, and equip teams with tools that are both powerful and intuitive.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across a multi-campus environment
  • Engineer automation workflows that remove manual data handling and expand smoothly with each new campus deployment
  • Deliver training to admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce comprehensive documentation for standardized processes
  • Offer prompt technical assistance and convert user insights into concrete system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
