This role excludes parent meetings and family outreach. Your focus is entirely on systems architecture and operational performance. You'll construct the technical infrastructure that drives admissions and enrollment operations campus-wide, while equipping teams with user-friendly tools they can trust.

What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across multiple campus locations
- Create automation workflows that remove manual data entry tasks and scale smoothly as additional campuses come online
- Train admissions and registrar staff on platform capabilities and produce clear documentation to ensure consistent workflows
- Deliver timely technical support and convert user input into practical system enhancements
Candidate requirements
- 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
- Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to work remotely within the United States
