Can you engineer a newly deployed enrollment platform into a scalable system that serves dozens of campuses?

Alpha is growing quickly nationwide, and we've committed to modern enrollment technology. What we need now is the systems expertise to maximize its capabilities through thoughtful integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data pipelines.

This role excludes parent meetings and family outreach. Your focus is entirely on systems architecture and operational performance. You'll construct the technical infrastructure that drives admissions and enrollment operations campus-wide, while equipping teams with user-friendly tools they can trust.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across multiple campus locations
  • Create automation workflows that remove manual data entry tasks and scale smoothly as additional campuses come online
  • Train admissions and registrar staff on platform capabilities and produce clear documentation to ensure consistent workflows
  • Deliver timely technical support and convert user input into practical system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
