We are seeking a systems professional capable of scaling a recently implemented enrollment platform across multiple campus locations.

Alpha is in a phase of nationwide growth, and our investment in modern enrollment technology now requires strategic systems leadership. The objective is to maximize platform capability through effective integrations, streamlined automation, and reliable data architecture.

This is a systems-focused position with no parent engagement or family outreach responsibilities. Your work will center on technical design and operational infrastructure. You will construct the enrollment and admissions technology framework that supports all campuses and equip operational teams with dependable, user-friendly tools.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment systems, CRM, SIS, and reporting tools across all campus locations
  • Architect automation workflows that remove manual data handling and support efficient scaling with each new campus deployment
  • Deliver training to admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure workflow consistency
  • Offer timely technical support and convert user insights into practical system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
  • Experience producing technical documentation and training staff on system usage
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
