Can you take a new enrollment platform and scale it into a high-performing system supporting dozens of campuses?

Alpha is growing quickly nationwide, and we've made significant investments in modern enrollment technology. What we need now is systems-level thinking to maximize its capabilities—through strategic integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data workflows.

This role focuses entirely on systems design and operational rigor. No parent interactions. No family outreach. You'll architect the technical infrastructure that drives admissions and enrollment operations campus-wide, and equip teams with tools they can use with confidence.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across numerous campuses
  • Create automation workflows that remove manual data input and expand seamlessly as campuses are added
  • Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on platform capabilities and produce clear documentation to standardize workflows
  • Offer timely technical support and convert user input into practical system enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
