Enrollment Operations Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You build trust quickly through warmth, clarity, and confidence. You're someone who communicates naturally and can guide families from initial interest to committed decision. But you're more than a strong communicator—you're also the person who spots operational gaps, identifies the right vendor, and resolves issues efficiently. If that describes you, this role finally allows you to apply both skill sets equally.

At Alpha, you'll drive family enrollment while ensuring the campus operates safely and effectively. You'll own the admissions process from initial contact through completed enrollment, supporting families with personalized, empathetic communication at every stage. You'll also manage daily safety protocols and facility operations, relying on data and documentation to maintain efficiency, compliance, and readiness for audits.

This position is designed for someone who operates well independently and values seeing measurable results from their efforts. You'll join a school rethinking the structure of education—one that condenses the school day to two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and develops students who are curious, confident, and compassionate. Your role is to bring more families into this experience and ensure excellence once they're enrolled.

Ready to lead the entire journey?

What you will be doing

  • Leading customized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and support enrollment choices
  • Overseeing the complete admissions pipeline through prompt, strategic, and considerate communication
  • Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating staff follow-through
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and feedback systems to continuously improve each operational process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending repetitive meetings with vague outcomes or absent decision-makers
  • Delivering a canned pitch. Each family interaction is personalized, authentic, and considerate
  • Micromanaging vendors or tracking down paperwork that should have been documented correctly the first time
  • Waiting for someone else to identify issues. You'll be the one who notices and addresses them

Key responsibilities

Lead both the admissions process and campus operations to grow student enrollment and sustain a safe, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and independent drive
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
  • Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
  • Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
  • A reputation for being "the most responsive person in the room"
