At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts while maintaining safe and efficient campus operations. You'll shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathy-driven outreach. Simultaneously, you'll manage daily safety protocols and facility coordination, relying on data and documentation to maintain operational excellence and audit readiness.
This position suits someone who operates effectively with independence and values visible outcomes. You'll join a school reimagining educational possibility: one that condenses the school day to two hours, elevates life skills alongside academics, and develops students who are inquisitive, self-assured, and compassionate. What you will be doing
- Conducting customized family engagements that present Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
- Steering the complete admissions funnel through responsive, strategic, and thoughtful outreach
- Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and organizing staff follow-through
- Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
- Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to improve operational workflows
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending unproductive meetings without clear outcomes or decision-making authority
- Delivering scripted presentations. Each family interaction is personalized, authentic, and intentional
- Micromanaging vendors or tracking down documentation that should have been captured initially
- Relying on others to identify issues. You'll be the one who recognizes and resolves them
Key responsibilities
Lead both the enrollment process and campus operations to grow student numbers and sustain a secure, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and independent drive
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
- Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
- Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
- A reputation for being "the most responsive person in the room"
