Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You excel at establishing trust quickly through warmth, clarity, and assurance. You're a skilled communicator capable of guiding families from initial interest to enrollment commitment. But you're more than someone who connects well with people—you're also the person who identifies operational gaps, sources the right vendor, and ensures resolution. If this resonates with you, this role finally allows you to leverage both skill sets.

At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, well-functioning school environment. You'll own the admissions process from initial contact through completed paperwork, supporting families with personalized, empathetic outreach. You'll also manage daily safety protocols and facility coordination, relying on data and documentation to maintain efficiency, organization, and compliance readiness.

This position is designed for someone who excels with independence and values seeing tangible results from their efforts. You'll join a school reimagining the possibilities of education—one that condenses the school day to two hours, prioritizes life skills alongside academics, and cultivates students who are inquisitive, self-assured, and compassionate. Your mission is to bring more families into this experience and ensure excellence once they're here.

Ready to take full ownership from beginning to end?

What you will be doing

  • Leading customized family interactions that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
  • Overseeing the complete admissions process with prompt, deliberate, and strategic outreach
  • Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating resolution with staff
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to refine and improve every workflow

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending drawn-out meetings without clear action items or decision authority in the room
  • Delivering a scripted pitch. Each family conversation will be customized, genuine, and intentional
  • Micromanaging vendors or tracking down documentation that should have been recorded initially
  • Waiting for others to flag issues. You'll be the one identifying and resolving them

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the admissions process and campus operations to grow student enrollment and sustain a safe, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
