At Alpha, you'll drive family enrollment efforts while maintaining a safe, well-functioning school environment. You'll shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed enrollment, using empathetic, customized communication to support each family's journey. You'll also handle daily safety compliance and facility oversight, relying on data and meticulous documentation to keep operations tight, efficient, and audit-ready.
