Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

You have a gift for building trust quickly through warmth, precision, and calm confidence. You communicate naturally and can guide families from initial interest to firm commitment. But you're more than just a connector—you're also the one who spots when something needs fixing, identifies the right vendor, and ensures it gets resolved. If that describes you, this role finally gives you the opportunity to leverage both skill sets.

At Alpha, you'll drive family enrollment efforts while maintaining a safe, well-functioning school environment. You'll shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed enrollment, using empathetic, customized communication to support each family's journey. You'll also handle daily safety compliance and facility oversight, relying on data and meticulous documentation to keep operations tight, efficient, and audit-ready.

This position is designed for someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to witness the tangible results of their contributions. You'll become part of a school reimagining the possibilities of education—one that condenses the school day into two hours, values life skills as much as academics, and develops students who are curious, confident, and kind. Your mission is to bring more families into this experience and ensure excellence once they're here.

Ready to take ownership of the full experience?

What you will be doing

  • Leading personalized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
  • Overseeing the complete admissions funnel with responsive, strategic, and thoughtful communication
  • Reviewing daily safety checklists, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating staff follow-through
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
  • Leveraging documentation and feedback systems to continuously improve operational processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings with ambiguous outcomes or absent decision-makers
  • Delivering a scripted pitch. Every family interaction is customized, authentic, and intentional
  • Micromanaging vendors or tracking down documentation that should have been properly recorded initially
  • Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll be the one who catches them and resolves them

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of both the admissions process and campus operations to boost student enrollment and sustain a safe, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and independent drive
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
  • Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
  • Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
  • A reputation for being "the most responsive person in the room"
