What you will be doing

  • Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics development, comprehension strategies, and fluency building
  • Creating individualized motivational frameworks leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
  • Interpreting student performance metrics to adjust instructional approaches and generate practical recommendations
  • Partnering with technical teams to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms informed by real classroom outcomes
  • Building scalable, AI-integrated instructional materials that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading standards

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with advanced reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
  • Competent in evaluating reading abilities, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of published curricula
  • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attuned to student behavioral data
  • Legal work authorization in Puerto Rico without need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
