Do you believe literacy is a fundamental right for every child, yet feel frustrated watching inefficient systems limit their progress?

Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-driven adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated literacy outcomes. Your role: create and execute workshops that generate quantifiable improvements in phonics mastery, reading fluency, and comprehension for students in early elementary grades.

This position emphasizes data-informed teaching, technology integration, and constructing a reading framework that scales to thousands of learners—not administrative paperwork or rote lesson preparation.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
  • Creating customized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
  • Evaluating student performance metrics to adjust teaching methods and identify key trends
  • Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
  • Building scalable, technology-enhanced instructional materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering traditional front-of-room lectures — learning happens through independent AI-driven applications, not teacher-centered talks
  • Adhering to standardized curriculum packages or scripted lessons — you create original workshops tailored to student needs
  • Instructing in other academic areas — your scope is reading workshops and motivational support, excluding math or science content
  • Managing behavior issues or providing childcare — each session targets specific learning goals with clear success metrics
  • Operating independently — you engage regularly with engineers who develop the AI systems your students interact with
