Families in Santa Barbara do not chase trends. They define them.
Alpha is opening a campus in one of California's most discerning, network-driven communities. This is not another private school vying for attention through facilities alone. Students finish their core academics in two concentrated hours via AI-driven learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of the day to developing public speaking, critical reasoning, and practical execution skills. Outcomes consistently place students in the top 1% nationwide. The approach is proven. The challenge is whether it can gain acceptance in this environment.
From year zero through year one, this is a ground-up enrollment leadership position. In Santa Barbara, that requires building credibility within closely connected social networks where reputation amplifies quickly and errors are remembered. You will design intimate information sessions, lead private campus tours, conduct individual family meetings, and carefully assemble the founding cohort. After enrollment targets are met and an admissions director is onboarded, your role evolves into the campus's chief parent relations leader—maintaining alignment and converting satisfied families into advocates who amplify the school within their circles.
This is not a transactional enrollment process. It is relationship-building at an elevated standard. You must command respect from families with access to any school nationwide and who demand well-reasoned responses to difficult questions regarding AI, technology exposure, and student trajectories. A single misaligned family can disrupt a 25-student cohort. Strategic selectivity is essential.
If you are prepared to create something exceptional in a market that values sophistication, discretion, and measurable success, this role is designed for you.
Recruit and enroll a founding cohort of 25 students in Santa Barbara, then build enduring parent engagement and advocacy to support sustained, referral-driven growth.
