Alpha is opening a campus in one of California's most discerning, network-driven communities. This is not another private school relying on facilities to compete. Students complete core academics in two focused hours through AI-powered learning systems, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world execution capabilities. Outcomes place students in the top 1% nationally. The model is proven. The challenge is building trust in this environment.

From year zero through year one, this is a ground-up enrollment leadership position. In Santa Barbara, success requires earning credibility within tightly connected social networks where reputation amplifies and errors persist. You will design intimate information sessions, conduct private campus tours, engage families in individual conversations, and carefully construct the founding cohort. After enrollment is achieved and an admissions director is onboarded, your role evolves into the campus's lead parent-facing executive, maintaining alignment and converting satisfied families into vocal advocates across their circles.

This is not transactional enrollment work. It is trust architecture at the highest standard. You must command respect from families who have access to any educational institution in the nation and who demand substantive responses to difficult questions about AI integration, screen exposure, and long-term student outcomes. A single misaligned family can destabilize a 25-student cohort. Selectivity is essential.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the complete enrollment pipeline from initial inquiry through signed enrollment agreement until 25 students are confirmed
  • Design and facilitate curated information sessions and private tours that attract ideal-fit families while filtering out incompatible candidates
  • Establish credibility and relationships through consistent in-person networking, individual meetings, and strategic community partnerships throughout Santa Barbara
  • Function as the primary family liaison, providing elevated, white-glove service
  • Articulate and defend Alpha's AI-powered educational approach to discerning, critical parents

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating within a fixed 9–5 structure; early mornings, afternoons, and selected evenings are necessary
  • Depending on an extensive admissions or marketing infrastructure to generate leads
  • Enrolling every applicant to meet a target; safeguarding cohort integrity outweighs volume
  • Remaining office-bound; this position demands regular presence within the community

Key responsibilities

Recruit and enroll a 25-student founding cohort in Santa Barbara, then foster deep parent engagement and advocacy to sustain referral-driven growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting distance of Santa Barbara or prepared to relocate within 60 days
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • 5+ years serving high-net-worth clients in consultative sales or premium client experience roles (private school admissions, luxury services, hospitality, philanthropy, etc.)
  • Proven track record managing a sales or enrollment pipeline with documented conversion outcomes
  • Executive presence and communication capabilities appropriate for affluent, highly educated families
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter capable of independent operation in an early-stage campus setting
  • Belief in AI-powered education and readiness to address concerns regarding screen time and non-traditional educational models
  • Flexibility for early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening engagements (2–3x per month), and occasional weekend commitments
