Each email you compose, event you plan, and discussion you facilitate will directly influence whether a family selects Alpha. This position is built for someone who prioritizes accuracy, prompt communication, and authentic relationship-building, recognizing that trust is earned through careful and consistent execution.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. In this capacity, you will oversee the entire prospective family experience beginning with their initial contact. You will reply quickly and with care, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, ensure applicant information remains current and precise, and help parents understand Alpha's approach and whether it matches their expectations. This is a highly visible, interpersonal role in which you directly affect enrollment outcomes.
