Enrollment Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for families evaluating where to begin their child's educational path. Each email you craft, event you organize, and discussion you facilitate will influence whether a family selects Alpha. This position suits individuals who prioritize accuracy, timely engagement, and authentic interpersonal connection, recognizing that trust develops through careful attention to detail.

Alpha is developing one of the most forward-thinking school frameworks globally. Our locations combine demanding academics, technology-integrated instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and personnel. The admissions function is where this vision takes tangible form. Families seek more than data—they want transparency, assurance, and proof that Alpha differentiates itself in substantive ways.

In this capacity, you will oversee the complete journey for prospective families starting from initial contact. You will reply with speed and consideration, arrange campus visits and shadow experiences, keep applicant information current and precise, and help parents understand Alpha's approach and whether it fits their objectives. This is a prominent, people-centered role where your work directly affects enrollment outcomes.

This is an on-site, dynamic position based in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA for someone capable of juggling competing demands with precision and attention. If you value transparent communication, reliable execution, and supporting families in making informed decisions, this role provides meaningful autonomy and influence.

What you will be doing

  • Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional communication that reflects Alpha's values
  • Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow visits, handling logistics and follow-up communication
  • Ensuring applicant records remain thorough and accurate across CRM systems and admissions tools
  • Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to their concerns, and document key information
  • Partnering with campus staff and admissions team members to support a streamlined and effective admissions process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policies
  • Delivering instruction or managing academic content
  • Employing aggressive sales techniques or templated messaging
  • Working in an environment lacking structure or urgency

Key responsibilities

Create a polished, high-conversion admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment, while ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
