Admissions Specialist   $100,000 USD/year

Description

You will serve as the initial contact point for families choosing where to begin their child's educational path. Each email you compose, event you facilitate, and dialogue you conduct will influence a family's decision to select Alpha. This position is intended for someone who prioritizes accuracy, timeliness, and authentic interpersonal engagement, and who recognizes that trust develops through careful execution.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our sites integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Admissions is where that mission becomes tangible. Families seek more than just details. They want transparency, assurance, and proof that Alpha distinguishes itself in substantive ways.

In this capacity, you will oversee the complete journey for prospective families beginning with their initial contact. You will reply quickly and considerately, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, keep applicant information current and precise, and support parents in understanding how Alpha functions and whether it matches their aspirations. This is a prominent, people-centered role where you directly affect enrollment outcomes.

This is a dynamic, campus-based role located in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA for someone capable of balancing multiple demands with precision and attentiveness. • Rendering final admissions judgments or establishing enrollment guidelines
  • Delivering instruction or managing academic content
  • Applying aggressive sales methods or templated messaging
  • Functioning in an ambiguous or sluggish setting
