Your role: create and implement workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in the early elementary grades.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
- Reviewing student performance metrics to optimize teaching strategies and generate meaningful recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using classroom evidence
- Producing scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading competency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behavior patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
