What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating personalized motivational sessions utilizing gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade-level mastery
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Competent in assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral trends
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
