This role is not about administrative lesson planning. You will deliver data-informed instruction, partner with technology teams, and construct a reading curriculum that scales to thousands of learners.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive literacy workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating individualized motivational programming using gamified reading benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance metrics to optimize teaching approaches and extract meaningful insights
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms through classroom feedback
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behavior patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
