Do you believe every child should read at grade level (or beyond), but find yourself frustrated when failing systems squander that opportunity?

Alpha School demonstrates that literacy transformation doesn't demand 6-hour school days. Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive platforms with specialized teaching to amplify reading progress. Your objective: create and facilitate workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners.

This role isn't about filling out lesson templates. It's about evidence-based teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that scales to thousands of students.

Dorado advantages: Stunning beaches within minutes. Dynamic bilingual environment and convenient access to San Juan's arts and culture, all while enjoying a close-knit community atmosphere.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
  • Creating individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy achievements
  • Evaluating student performance data to adjust teaching strategies and identify actionable trends
  • Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
