What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching strategies and identify actionable findings
- Working alongside engineers to test and improve AI-powered literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behavior patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
